I. Introduction A. Background 1. Higher education costs are rising and the demand for basic supplies and services are increasing exponentially, due to a growing population and a consumer society. a. This means that the career path for high school graduates is more diverse than the singular college route that the school system would like every student to believe is the best avenue to success. 2.
